Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
Regional Business Development - APAC
• Leading brand mid term plan from regional business perspective and annual business priority (with KPIs) in collaboration with SGBU Product Development, Marketing Communication and Strategy Group (key stakeholders).
• Act as a Strategist for the regional business in order to maximize Sales/BM and Brand Equity based on key insights / data analysis of market, consumer and competition.
• Prepare regional business reports and lead monthly performance review meetings, in close cooperattion with the Brand Finance Team’s analysis (SFD)
• Penetrate Brand Marketing Guidelines to the regional brand teams and ensure governance (asset usage, communication, VMD and channel).
• Align and enforce pricing guidelines and monitor implementation in markets.
• Ensure operational excellence of the RHQ business from BH side to maximize opportunities in the region and solve constraints/hurdles to reach the business target.
• Align and optimize brand distribution channel strategy (incl. e-commerce)
• Development of new business opportunities in line with the brand mid-term ambition.
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
- Experience in regional team or in-market team will be a plus
- Experience at a global beauty brand or in strategy consulting prefferred
