• 7年以上の手動および統合テストの実務経験（リードの場合）
• 複数プロジェクトのハンドリング経験
• チームハンドリングの経験
• テストケース設計、データ設計と計画、RTM、バッチ実行
• 問題をトリアージし、データ関連の課題を解決し、技術サポートチームを提供する能力
• SDLCとアジャイルの経験
• 規制およびコンプライアンス環境（金融または保険）での業務経験
• 7 + Years of hand on experience in Manual & Integration Testing (For Lead)
• Experience in handing multiple Projects
• Experience of Team Handing
• Test Case Design, Data Design & Planning, RTM, Batch execution
• Ability to Triage Issues, Solve Data related challenges, and provide technical support team
• Experience with SDLC and Agile
• Experience working in regulated and compliance environments (Finance or Insurance)
