About the Team:
TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The Artist Partnership team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping artists to secure success on the platform, music streaming, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with top artists, labels, and other key stakeholders across Asia to strengthen TikTok’s position in the regional and global music ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and drive company growth
- Deliver A&R approaches that are both data-driven and creatively inspired
- Plan and execute impactful music events, activations, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with both global and regional strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends, artist performance metrics, and competitive dynamics across Asia to inform strategic decisions and optimize partnership outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the music landscape in Asia, including knowledge of local and global market dynamics, key players, and cultural trends
- Extensive knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem and current music trends, with a strong network of relationships with artists, labels, and media
- Full proficiency in English, both verbal & written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Min. bachelor's degree from any major
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles within the music or entertainment industry, ideally with experience in multiple Asian markets
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, with the capability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional tasks under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated excellence in collaboration and relationship-building with both internal teams and external stakeholders across diverse markets
