• テクニカルサポート経験
• ネットワーク、サーバの構築・管理・運用経験
• SE（設計／構築／開発など）の経験
• クラウドサービスの導入経験
• Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platformの経験、コンサルティング、導入、運用経験者優遇。
• コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、数学の学士号取得者、または同等の経験者。
• Azureサブスクリプションマネジメントおよびビリング領域のメンバーとしての経験があること。
• 人々を成功に導く実証済みの能力
• Azureおよび/または競合クラウド製品に精通していること
• 強力な顧客サービス、コミュニケーション、問題解決、対人スキル
• 言語 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語堪能レベル
• Those with work experience in the IT industry are preffered.
• （SIer, design, build, development, operation, maintenance, helpdesk, etc)
• Experience in using and managing Microsoft products and services
• Experience in technical support.
• Experience in building, managing, and operating networks and servers
• Experience in SE（Design／Building／develpoment etc,,）
• Experience in adopting cloud services
• Experience, consultation, implementation, and management experience of Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform is preffered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent’s experience.
• Experience - Technical proficiency in and learning attitude toward Azure technologies; previous experience as a member of one of the Azure Subscription Management and Billing Area.
• Proven ability to lead people to achieve success
• Familiarity with Azure and/or compete cloud products
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Language: Native level Japanese, English fluent level

• パブリッククラウド基盤を構築・運用されているお客様へのサポート業務

• Respond to service requests at the Professional Support window.
