Job Description

Role Summary:

- Understand Project Scope and Stakeholders

- Establish Communication with Business and Techno-Functional Team

- Be part of requirement gathering and document requirement in details

- Communicate requirement to technical teams

- Conduct meeting with different team members, identify delays and weak areas in project.

- Escalate and get direction on mitigation and work with teams to mitigate the risk

Job Descriptions: ---

- Work with counter parts and engage in Project Planning

- Engage with Transformation and Techno Functional team to support Solution & Design

- Lead and Guide Development Team to delivery business digital initiatives

- Design and develop solutions that protect and manage cloud native apps and data

- Share and review your innovative technical ideas with peers, high level technical contributors, and managers

- Build high performance team to align, support deliver company strategy

Required Skills & Experiences (must have):

- Minimal 4 Years of experience in Leading Development or Delivery

- High level understanding of Technology

- Must have experience of working and communicating with various team members

- Should have ability to assess situation and apply analytics to initiate “WHY” analysis

Must have experience :

- Project Leading Capabilities

- Japanese Bilingual

Preferred (is a plus):

- Knowledge of Life/Annuity Insurance is a plus

- Experience of development in insurance company(preferable)

- Technical and Hands on Developers

- Cloud Experience
