・Contribute to the net sales by utilizing our partners through brand campaigns/category activations
・Increase excite & connect with our consumers through authentic branded content around the moments that matter to our partners and Gen Z
Key Responsibilities:
・Execute the Sports Marketing plan for the allocated partner
・Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with athletes / teams/ partners
・Maintain and execute product servicing needs in line with season planning processes and event schedules ensuring product is ordered and delivered on time / in full
・Ensure contractual benefits are fulfilled, and that product budget is properly reported and managed
・Ensure strong internal cross functional communication on player product and leveraging opportunities
・Drive key adidas product strategies and leverage strongly towards our partners to maximize awareness and sell out.
・Propose plans to Sports Marketing Manager around core sports categories where athletes, teams, and event to provide the authentic link to our high-tech products
・Pursuing authenticity in sports and contributing to brands based on it
・Assist the sports marketing manager as required
・Ensure processes, procedures, and policies are adhered to
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
・Strong communication skills
・Result oriented

・Intermediate MS Office Suit
・Fluent in Japanese
・Advanced in English
・University (Bachelor) degree in the field of Business ideally in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
・Minimum 2-3 years industry and / or relevant work experience
