The Role
ITインフラ領域のスペシャリストとして、お客様と直接会話してニーズを把握したうえで、技術課題を解決しシステムを運用・改善していく役割となります。
具体的には、Service Nowの運用管理者として、インシデント管理、ワークフロー機能の改善や運用のなかで発生した技術課題に対して、お客様と日本語でコミュニケーションを取りながら対応を進めることになります。

・Service Nowシステムの日常運用における技術課題対応
・ServiceNow既存利用機能の改変対応 (ポータル画面の改変 、申請フローの追加など)
As a specialist in IT infrastructure, you will directly communicate with customers to understand their needs.
Your role will involve solving technical issues and managing and improving systems.
Specifically, as a ServiceNow administrator, you will handle incident management, enhance workflow functionalities, and address technical problems that arise during operations. You will need to communicate with customers in Japanese to progress with these tasks.
Service Now System Operation Tasks
- Resolving technical issues in daily ServiceNow system operation.
- Addressing changes to existing ServiceNow features (portal screen changes, adding application flows, etc.).

Product Skills: ServiceNow - Work Experience: ServiceNow System Management
- Experience as a ServiceNow Operations Administrator,
or equivalent incident management and workflow tool operation experience.
- Communication skills:
Ability to communicate with customer representatives (non-IT departments) and ServiceNow, vendor representatives.
- Japanese language communication and on-site support in Osaka are required.
- ServiceNow Operations Administrator skills, including:
+ Inquiry handling and incident management
+ Knowledge sharing
+ Portal
+ Workflow
