・Service Nowシステムの日常運用における技術課題対応

・ServiceNow既存利用機能の改変対応（ポータル画面の改変、申請フローの追加など）

Who You Are

・Service Nowの運用管理者としての経験
もしくは相当のインシデント管理、ワークフローツールの運用管理経験

※経験年数問わず

※Service Nowの社内育成プログラムあり

・コミュニケーション力

-お客様の職場担当者（IT部門以外）の方と会話・調整ができること

-ServiceNow社、ベンダーとの会話・調整ができること
・日本語でのコミュニケーション、大阪でのオンサイト対応が必須
