Key Accountabilities
- Prepares and makes All Bakery items according to Peninsula guidelines and standards.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Enthusiastic about Bakery, maintains a positive attitude to team and a professional disposition.
- Training, Coaching Bakery Team.
General Requirements
- Local Hiring
- Full knowledge of Bakery
- Preferred to have working experience in 5-star hotel or equal Bakery Shop in charge for more than 5 years
