Bilingual General Affairs (JP/EN)

Communicate with secretaries of overseas parent company executives regarding corporate contract changes. Ensure signatures are obtained by deadlines, while also handling legal procedures at domestic legal affairs bureaus using English skills.

  • Secretary Tasks:

Manage the Japan CEO’s schedule, arrange travel, and handle preliminary greetings when visiting overseas offices.

  • Health and Safety Management:

Oversee health and safety management responsibilities, including hand-over processes.

  • Invoice Processing:

Support accounting by handling invoice-related tasks.

  • Additional Duties:

Security and Disaster Prevention: Manage disaster prevention responsibilities.

BCP Response: Consolidate and report information from various departments.

Reception Duties: Greet guests and handle reception tasks, including serving tea.

Employee Benefits: Manage company benefits-related duties.

Audit Responses: Assist in audit preparations and responses.

Event Organization: Plan and manage company events and group activities.

Workstyle Reforms: Collaborate with HR to create and revise work regulations.

General Administrative Tasks: Perform other general administrative duties as needed.

  • Use Your English Skills:

This role involves frequent communication with overseas parent companies and group companies, often in English. You will arrange travel and greetings for executives and team members when traveling abroad and support overseas team members when they visit Japan. This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
