Summary

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -Retail Operations:
Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations.
Sub-Job Family Description - Retail Operations:
Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects (changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation, etc.) Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your opportunity
Retail Operations & Customer Service Staff is responsible for supporting elevated customer experience by responding to customer inquiries as well as managing daily store operations.
How you will contribute
As a Retail Operations & Customer Service Staff, you are accountable for the scope outlined as below to maximize the store performance.
Customer Service
 Work with Kering Customer Service team to provide solutions to customer based on policies and guidelines
 Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with customer
 Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds
Retail Operations
 Work with Retail Operations Assistant Manager to identify opportunities on store operations and provide solutions
 Provide operational support to stores by ordering store supplies, managing uniforms and store database
 Assist in helping with administrative tasks such as invoices


TEAM STRUCTURE & RESOURCES
You will be reporting to Retail Excellence and Operations Senior Manager and closely work with Retail Operation Assistant Manager who also reports to the Senior Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
 Minimum 5 years in retail industry, luxury experience is a plus
 Strong customer service and communication skills
 Solid understanding in retail operations
 Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 Native Japanese is required and proficiency in English is a plus
