The team you will join

This position is a critical brand management role of the most authentic, and one of the biggest brands in Japan Kenvue, Band-aid. Japan Band-aid is undisputed No.1 wound care brand in Japan, which annual business size is over 10 billion yen with a steady and healthy growth trend of CAGR103 by unleashing the wound care occasion and moment by strong consumer insight driven campaign and brand activation across the touch point. It has a unique portfolio with mix of hydrocolloid bandage and authentic adhesive bandage, which allows robust marketing plan and portfolio management to achieve the business goal. This role would be fully responsible and accountable to own E2E brand P&L management and marketing execution, along with sustainable brand equity growth and business growth in short term and long term. This role will lead cross functional team to deliver results, also have tight engagement with Global Brand Table of Band-aid, closely work with US global & local Band-aid team to share, exchange knowledge and make exciting wound care future with scalable innovation pipeline and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

Business management

- Require strong commitment and be responsible to deliver target P&L by managing both topline and bottom line, through commercial execution from ATL to BTL, in-store E2E, Innovations launch, Revenue Growth Management, along with the collaboration of cross functional team.

- Lead Brand growth strategy development both in short term and long term (3 years+) by partnering with regional/ global brand team and local stakes holders.

Marketing

- Fully responsible for E2E marketing plan development to execution as a growth engine for a brand, from new product development to local IMC creation including modern social activation, influencer management, media and PR, in-store activation in scope.

- Contribute to develop strong innovation pipeline, closely partnering with regional team and Global Brand Development Team in US.

- Lead yearly BME planning and management.

Leadership

- Be responsible for people development and organization growth by showcasing the leadership imperatives and coaching, empowerment.

- Lead cross-functional team to enable the brand success and achieving the business goal through strong engagement and envisioning.

- Bring OUTSIDE IN focus view to strongly influence to regional/ global stakes holders decision making with the deepest consumer and category, competitor understanding, to realize what needs to be true for Japan Band-aid.

- Showcase the DARING SPIRIT to Initiate and Embrace changes on marketing plan and mix. Develop and execute game-changing ideas and local brand activation to win through touching consumer’s heart.
