Key Responsibilities:
• Support the launch planning and commercialization of Belamaf for Multiple Myeloma in Japan.
• Develop commercial materials to support the key message strategy.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team to ensure alignment across medical, sales, business excellence, market access, clinical development, regulatory, supply chain, communication, compliance, legal, and finance, both in terms of launch planning and effective implementation.
• Understand customer needs, market dynamics, and landscape insights.
• Communicate brand tactics for flawless implementation and motivate the sales team.
• Elevate and resolve issues, including those related to performance and governance.
• Assist in creating training strategies for sales representatives and collaborate with relevant functions.
• Promote the effective use of digital support tools such as MR+, MR Co-pilot, and NBA in the field.
• Plan and create commercial booths at the major congresses.
• Build and manage GSKpro website and patient websites.
• Plan and execute Disease Awareness Campaigns (DAC).
• Manage advertising and promotional (A&P) budgets.
• Support sales liaison activities.
Basic Qualifications: Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Medical in the pharmaceutical industry.
Education/Certification/Language:
• Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience:
• Experience in a direct customer-facing role (e.g., field sales, account management, sales liaison, MSL, etc.).
• Product launch experience.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or brand management.
• Experience executing launch/marketing plans with sales and commercial excellence teams.
• Experience developing sales training, promotional, and non-promotional materials.
Education/Certification/Language:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, medicine, or a related discipline.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
Skills:
• Strong performance mindset with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Basic knowledge and capabilities in finance, including forecasting.
• Strong leadership and project management skills to lead projects in a complex business environment.
• Ability to utilize insights from key customers (third parties, HCPs, patients) to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts.
• High governance mindset and understanding.
• Team player.
