We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze and improve business processes, leveraging Salesforce solutions to drive efficiency and growth. This role involves gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and translated into effective solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize business needs and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
Support the configuration, customization, and implementation of Salesforce applications to meet business objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all system enhancements meet business requirements.
Assist with training end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users to optimize platform usage and ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and report on Salesforce usage and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
