Position:

Position Details

Business operation support for domestic partners.

Job Details

Provide support for the business operations of the partner companies in Japan, including the setting up of system integration with partners using internal and external communication tools, and responding to inquiries.

Project support: Manage project progress, adjust schedules, and communicate with related parties.

Business Process Optimization: Review work flow and propose improvements to support efficient operations.

Documentation: Create and update various manuals and guidelines.

Other support tasks: Performs other support tasks as needed.

Work Environment

5 members(3 male 2 female)

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) operation.

- Experience in setting up and executing manuals accurately and without delay.

- Ability to communicate smoothly with stakeholders.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Logical thinking and ability to multitask.

Desired Qualifications:

- Knowledge in API and support experience.

- Experience in Travel Industry.

- Experience in customer support.

- Python or any programming language.

TOEIC score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country.
