Description
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the cardiovascular product line.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Collaborate with R&D, sales, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure product success.
* Coordinate product launch plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
* Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategy.
* Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in cardiovascular therapeutics.
* Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance product value and market position.
* Continuously seek ways to improve processes and outcomes within the product management function.
Profile
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the cardiovascular product line, demonstrating a strong strategic mindset and a deep understanding of cardiovascular therapeutics.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, utilizing analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize product strategies and performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Represent the company effectively at industry events, showcasing the product and company capabilities.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure product success and alignment with corporate objectives.
* Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance product value and market position proactively.
* Develop and oversee promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
* Monitor and analyze product performance, market insights, and external environment, using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
* Supervise and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses, assessing the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost-effectiveness and results.
* Demonstrate fluency or native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration in both local and global markets, with a proven track record of success in cardiovascular product management within the biopharmaceutical industry.
