Christian Dior G.K. is looking for a Planning Assistant Manager/ Planner.
The role is to lead forecast process for categories in charge, ensuring the production of the right quantity of products to achieve sales target with maximum sell-through.

スキル・資格
At least 2 year working experience in demand planning or position with strong exposure to data analysis
Successful experience at working across different functional areas and levels of organization
Excellent Excel skills and overall computer skills
Experience in fashion or consumer retail is a plus
Fluent English, business Japanese
Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking are essential
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills

業務内容
Forecasting
Lead monthly forecast process for categories in charge
Prepare in coordination with Merchandising and Central Supply Chain zone sales forecast for categories in charge to project sales ambitions bottom up and for production to plan product availability
Work closely with Distribution to ensure stock allocation is in line with forecast strategy
Sales planning
Provide quantitative inputs during buying sessions
Support Planning Manager in Best Estimate / Commercial Target / Open To Buy processes
