About Dr.Ci:Labo brand Dr.Ci:Labo (DCL) is *Japan's No. 1 doctor's cosmetics brand based on dermatological science, developing skincare products to address a wide range of skin problems and concerns. Dr.Ci:Labo develops skincare products that address a variety of skin problems and concerns. Our brand also communicates with customers and sells its products through multiple channels, from counseling at department stores to drugstores (wholesale), e-commerce (EC), and call (Tsuhan contact center).

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and leading the growth strategy of the EC business, which has been identified as a channel for rapid growth in the company's business strategy, in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business of DCL, which accounts for 70% of the brand's sales and has direct customer data, in order to maximize light user retention and sales. We are looking for a person who can help us to acquire, retain, and maximize sales of light users. We will strategically enhance all EC channels and digital to achieve light user acquisition, retention, and a profitable business model.
What You Will Do 1. Lead and execute DCL EC growth strategy to maximize and grow EC business.
・ Increase and retain light users based on CRM data analysis and insights as growth strategy.
・ Develop and implement strategies and measures to convert acquired light users into loyal users who will continue to purchase from us, and work to efficiently and continuously expand the business through a PDCA cycle
・ Develop EC/Digital strategy based on the company policy and DCL's brand strategy
・ To achieve business goals and targets, gather necessary data and figures from own departments and divisions, finance, supply chain, etc., based on the EC/Digital strategy, and conduct data analysis based on them to reflect them in the planning
・ Design and drive the digital communication strategy with a focus on EC media (own EC, social media, email, etc.), and plan, lead, and execute campaigns and projects on the EC site
2. Based on the company/brand strategy, collaborate with Sales Strategy, CRM, Marketing (product & concept development and new customer acquisition), Finance team, etc. to collaborate to develop/realize strategies, develop sales forecasts and budget plans, and proactively lead execution
3. Achieve KPIs and manage forecast and the daily PDCA cycle of the EC business, while conducting direct analysis of EC site data to leverage the strengths of the EC business
4. Proposal and presentation of EC business measures to the leadership team.
5. Direct reports of 4-5 members

What We Are Looking For Required experience and skills
・ 4 years of digital marketing experience (in-house/consulting firm/3 rd party EC companies are all acceptable)
・ People management or project lead of 2 people
・ Native level Japanese
・ Entry level or above English (business level English is plus)
Preferred experience and skills
・ Knowledge of customer journey in FMCG industry
・ Consistently implementing measures from planning to execution based on goals/numbers and strategies
・ People management of 4 people
・ Digital marketing using CRM
・ Experienced in D2C business is a plus
Required Competencies and Skills
・ Strong leadership to formulate strategies and measures by working backwards from the goal, and to lead the team and execute actions in a hands-on while involving cross-functional stakeholders.
・ In-depth consumer understanding skills
・ Data analysis skills
