About
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
Client Partner will lead the team to build sales strategy and pave the way to execution in order to maximize our revenues. The specific responsibilities are below (but not limited to):
Drive Revenue Targets for Japan:
-Activate, Retain & Grow Top Japan Clients.
- Accurately and effectively manage sales pipelines, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to drive short- and long-term revenue growth.
- Understand long-term business objectives/KPIs to align TikTok strategy and negotiate complex business opportunities.
- Meet revenue goals for stated accounts.
Account Vision and Strategic Planning:
- Establish and lead account vision and strategic growth plan.
- Lead internal XFN alignment and collaboration to work towards vision.
Solve challenges and unlock revenue blockers in Japan:
- Coordinate efforts with the Global Accounts, Business Marketing and other key functions to leverage their efforts.
- Build & leverage CXO connects to overcome local challenges.
-Drive depth in local markets via full funnel product adoption through education and evangelisation (Best Practice Sharing, Global Case Studies, Global Campaigns & RFPs.
Client Sponsorship Development:
- Establish new senior-level relationships and grow existing relationships.
- Build trust and credibility of TikTok and serve as a thought leader in order to influence Tik Tok to become a key marketing channel.
- Create and deliver consultative, creative solutions to clients by leveraging knowledge of client objectives, market trends, and TikTok solutions.
- Understanding key relationships that influence decision making.
Industry and Business Impact:
- Demonstrates a deep knowledge of vertical, client business, and accompanying TikTok solutions.
- Put the customer at the core.
