About Us
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
Responsibilities
The mission of Client Solutions Manager is to contribute to the success of our clients through proposing effective and wholesome solutions. By collaborating with different stakeholders, the team aims to grow the business revenue and to lead sustainable growth of the business by providing necessary feedback to our product team. Using the knowledge of our own advertising product and the general knowledge of reservation/performance ads, the team solves the clients' problems with expertise.
Client Solutions Manager - Entertainment will support the advertisers and the advertisement agencies related to Ecommerce industries with their TikTok for Business advertisement strategies, provide consulting to ensure the effectiveness of their ads and increase client satisfaction. The specific responsibilities may include below (but not limited to):
- Promote sales through solution proposals that lead to the success of clients' marketing challenges and promotions.
- Familiarize clients with the functionality and delivery logic of advertising products, and advocate for their optimal utilization to maximize advertising performance.
- Engage in activities such as regular meetings and workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of the product.
- Accumulate and disseminate best practices for operational methods to improve the adoption rate of important features.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate the account management level and increase sales.
- Provide constructive feedback to the product team regarding raw feedback on the functionality and logic of advertising products, to strengthen the product.
- Understand long-term business objectives/KPIs to align TikTok strategy and negotiate complex business opportunities.
- Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help clients measure the impact of marketing and adopt measurement solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in advertisement sales, digital marketing, advertisement consulting or advertisement optimization from the following industries in Japan :
- Digital platforms
- Traditional agencies- with a focus on digital media
- Digital advertisement agencies
- Utilize digital media as an in-house marketer.
- Experience in managing Web/App Performance ads
English reading and writing skills for collaborating with global cross-functional teams internally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to communicate the value and the potential of our products, such as TikTok and TikTok for Business
- Self-driven to continuously educate him/herself with the latest knowledge of marketing and advertisement
- Logical-thinker, problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt to changing environments and is driven to try new things
- High negotiation skills and proven experience that demonstrates such skillset
