臨床開発業務に関る、以下の業務をご担当頂きます。
【業務内容】
- 病院関連請求書処理
- クライアントへの請求書とりまとめ及び発送
- 文書移管業務（専用システムへの文書アップロード）
- 安全性情報の発送
- 購買申請代行 & ベンダー関連請求書処理 （印刷・翻訳・リース）
- 資材手配 （文具、リース物品、施設貸与品、印刷など） とりまとめ & 在庫管理 （購買申請対応含む）
- 郵便物、社内便仕訳
- 備品発注
- 捺印申請のとりまとめ
- その他、必要に応じて臨床開発部員のサポート
【求める知識・経験】
- 事務経験
- Excel、Word、Outlook等の基本的なOAスキル
- 正確にスピード感をもって業務を行う能力
- コミュニケーション能力
- 英語を使用する業務に抵抗のない方外資系企業での勤務経験があれば尚可
- 製薬企業、CROにおいてモニターサポート経験者歓迎
