ウォーターズ・クリニカル・ビジネス・ユニット(CBU)は、臨床および法医学市場に焦点を当てたビジネスユニットです。世界の地域ごとにマーケティング、営業、サービス部門をまとめたチームが編成されており、アジア・オセアニア地域はAPACチームが担当しています。APACチームのサービス部門としてCBUカスタマーサクセス・チームがあり、お客様が確実に目標を達成できるようにすることに専念するサービスエンジニアとアプリケーションスペシャリストで構成されています。このチームは、APAC全域をカバーするチームであり、各国Watersのサービスチームと緊密に連携して活動します。

Responsibilities

職務内容
（主業務）臨床・法医学分野の顧客のLCおよびLC-MS/MSシステムにサービスとサポートを提供する
- お客様の機器に保守サービスを提供し、機器の修理依頼に迅速な対応を提供することで、お客様の稼働時間を確保します。
- 臨床システムの設置・導入サービスの提供
（副業務）営業支援活動
- LC、MS、およびソフトウェアの使用に関する顧客のトレーニングとフォロー
- セールスの機会を支援するために、お客様に新製品情報や技術的情報を提供する
- お客様のアプリケーションを理解し、システムへの実装を行う

Qualifications

必要なスキルと背景

UPLCおよびXevoシリーズタンデム四重極システムのサービスに関するウォーターズの社内資格(採用後に、必要な社内資格を取得していただきます。)
MassLynxソフトウェアの操作、作業経験
UPLCおよびMSのサービス業務経験が3-5年
工学、化学など理工系の学士号以上

オプションのスキルと背景 (これらのどれも必須ではありませんが、あると審査時に加点します)

臨床現場での作業経験と臨床応用の知識
ToF機器に関するウォーターズの社内資格
UNIFI、Waters_Connect、またはEmpowerの操作経験
自動化または分注ロボットのサービス、使用経験( 例:ハミルトン、テカン、アンドリュー+)。
優れたコミュニケーションスキル
英語でコミュニケーションをとる能力
