JOB SUMMARY


**Must have Japanese citizenship or be an eligible work permit holder in Japan.

Provides support to The Club by leading day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include addressing and responding to member concerns, attending member social events, creating weekly newsletters, assisting with website maintenance, and handling member billing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use of the hotel system OPERA is a must.
  • Restaurant experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Business-level English proficiency required.
  • Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a hotel.
  • Control food presentation during breakfast, daytime snacks, and cocktail time.
  • Create Club forecasts and order food accordingly.
  • VIP handling and managing guest complaints.
  • Oversee and control staff performance.
  • Conduct staff training sessions.
  • Review guest feedback and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Support the Club Lounge Manager in daily operations.

This position requires a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and teamwork while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
