An opportunity at a top pharma leader to drive the success of the Japanese business by leveraging global strategies and addressing local market needs. This role involves leading multiple Digital & Tech initiatives, including omnichannel strategies and technical integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and optimize pharma commercial applications and platforms.
* Enhance customer engagement and business outcomes via CRM platforms, specifically Veeva.
* Drive Omnichannel marketing and AI strategies using customer data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless tech integrations.
* Provide insights on commercial system best practices.
* Manage projects to meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Basic Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Japan's pharmaceutical tech ecosystem.
* Strong analytical and data-driven insight skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience leading multifunctional teams.
* Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and Project Management.
* Familiarity with GxP and GAMP standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Over 2 years of experience with CRM platforms.
* Experience managing projects and partners at all levels.
