Responsibilities:
* Lead efforts to transform all available internal (Sell-in, Sell-out, DOH, distribution KA, CRM) and external data into tangible business value and plans. This includes analyzing information, communicating outcomes, building user-friendly data platforms, and collaborating on product development.
* Clean, analyze, automate, program, and build models using appropriate data points in coordination with external and internal clients.
* Maximize CRM data to grow the user base in DTC business.
* Create E-C Data Dashboards and provide Market Intelligence covering Asia e-commerce markets (JP, KR, ID, MAL, PH, VN, TH, SG, TW, HK). Provide oversight of Asia e-commerce business, dashboard creation, and market intelligence.
* Responsible for key aspects of the data modeling cycle, from defining business questions and hypotheses to data sourcing and preparation, model development, and insight generation. The output of these analyses will form the basis for strategic resource allocation by business unit and marketing leadership.
* Collaborate closely with other functions to deliver actionable recommendations and support brand marketing or sales teams in various types of advanced quantitative analyses, including but not limited to, performance forecasting, marketing mix analysis, advanced segmentation and targeting, and personalized communication.
* Communicate clearly and concisely, using the most appropriate approach for each different stakeholder. Work with business and scientific stakeholders with a clear vision of the final goals and business impact.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in the domains of Advanced Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning and AI, Business Insights, and Visualization.
* Ability to clearly understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven processes and services while consulting stakeholders on optimal solutions and managing expectations.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in handling and analyzing various internal and external commercial data types (e.g., market/category data, sales data, inventory data, claims data, distribution, demand, etc.).
* Strategic business acumen, results-focused, passion for keeping up with media and technology trends, and project management skills.
* Able to collaborate and influence different functions.
