コアプリンタービジネス(ホームプリンター等)を中心としたコンシューマーマーケティングを

担っていただきます。

<具体的には>

・Core Printingビジネスの様々なMarketing(デジタルマーケティングや従来の広告施策等)戦略立案、実行

・国内外の他部署(セールス、製品部等)と協業しJapanのCore Printingマーケティング担当として業務を遂行する

・オンライン広告出稿に関する立案、実行、ROI分析等

・市場分析、顧客分析、競合企業分析等

下記経験がなくても「コンシューマーマーケティングの経験を積みたい」「外資系マーケティングの

スキルを身につけたい」など積極的にチャレンジしたい方歓迎です!

<求める要件>

・オンライン広告に関する経験、知見

・ECビジネス経験があれば尚可

・Marketing経験があれば尚可

・英語でメール、Chat、ミーティング対応が可能な方(流暢ではなくてもOK)

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns in a specific country, encompassing digital and traditional advertising channels. The role conducts comprehensive market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans, and ensures alignment with the company's business objectives. The role also involves tracking and reporting marketing metrics, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and leading moderate to high complexity projects to support operational and strategic plans.
Responsibilities
• Creates, manages, and optimizes marketing campaigns in assigned country across various channels, including digital marketing and traditional advertising.
• Conducts thorough market research to identify opportunities, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities within the designated country or region.
• Collaborates with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans and budgets.
• Implements and secures approvals for comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manages delivery of pre-determined localized marketing materials and content by collaborating with relevant teams.
• Tracks and reports marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• Develops closed-loop post- analyses for marketing programs and identifies indicated actions.
• Performs marketing support activities like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc. as needed.
• Ensures that all marketing activities adhere to local regulations and compliance standards.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
