Job Title

Quality Assurance Coordinator - Continuous Improvement （品質保証部）

Your responsibilities

KPI管理による品質システムの改善（データ取得、傾向分析、課題追跡、結果レポート）
製造拠点との原因分析調査、CAPA実施の調整
消費者や顧客からのクレームに関する品質調査・報告対応
規制対象製品の月次品質レポート作成
倉庫、工場、サプライ間の生産/入荷時の品質問題対応

The experience we're looking for

ヘルスケア、衛生、もしくは製薬業界における製造関係の業務経験
品質/品質システム関連の業務経験
化学、薬剤師、もしくは工学関連の領域経験
GMP/GQP/GDPなどの日本の法的規制や業界水準についての知識

The skills for success

PCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint 中級レベル）
英語読解力（中級レベル）※読み書き必須
英語会話力（初級）※高ければ尚可
