- Ability to take direction and learn quickly
- A multitasker with excellent organizational skills
- Basic cooking school certificate preferable
- Basic conversational level in English / Japanese

業務内容
- Responsible for the set-up, preparation, and service of daily assigned section within the kitchen
- Focus on consistency and quality while adhering to all relevant Japanese laws and food safety regulations
- Maintains personal involvement in day to day operations and report daily to the outlet supervising Chef
-厨房内の担当セクションのセットアップ、調理、サービスを担当する
-日本の関連法規を遵守しながら、一貫したクオリティでサービスを提供する
- 日々のオペレーションに従事し、スーパーバイザーに毎日報告を行う
学歴
Certificate from Cookery school will be desirable
調理学校卒業者が望ましい
