Looking for a Copado/Salesforce devOps consultant to be a part of one life insurance customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather/understand business goals through engaging with clients stakeholders
Proven experience collecting requirements and translating them into technical specifications
Work effectively at different levels to define business needs and processes for operations
Implement and maintain Copado-based CI/CD processes to enable efficient and reliable Salesforce deployments
Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure seamless transitions from development to production environments
Collaborate closely with Salesforce development teams to enforce DevOps best practices and improve overall delivery pace
Continuously optimize the DevOps processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational overhead

Requirements

6-10 years of experience (preferably in insurance projects)
Experience of Salesforce configuration - user/role/profile setup, record sharing, workflows, validation rules, etc
Proficient in implementing and managing Copado DevOps solutions for Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, and Ant
Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve deployment issues
Experience in Agile environment
