* This position will be a strategic leader and primarily responsible for revenue and income growth with coordination of strategies for the Japan market.
* This position will require candidate work closely with the team in China and USA respectively and help deliver the results, lead the team effectively and ultimately promote the market growth.

Description
* Develop sales strategies to expand market share and drive growth.
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on achieving targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Conduct thorough primary and secondary market research to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
* Develop and deploy effective sales tools and marketing strategies to support new business development efforts and achieve objectives.
Profile
Strong industrial market leader with most recent experiences in machinery, equipment, electronics or semiconductor are all welcome. The successful candidate must have people management and new business development experiences. He or she will have to show a solid business track record and business acumen to identify and shape the future growth of the company.
