In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Work with country leadership team and APAC marketing team to be responsible for development of Japan strategic marketing plan.
Collaborate with country leaders to resolve short and long-term goals and key metrics.
Supervise all marketing projects and activities to ensure they stay on track and on budget.
Lead the execution of agreed-upon marketing plans and campaigns from concept to final analysis.
Conduct regular meetings with leadership team to report status on all marketing-related activities and how they perform in relation to overall company goals.
Develop and implement marketing strategic plan to grow our business in key industry segments and sustainability areas, including themes such as hydrogen, energy & emissions, carbon capture, biofuels, circular plastics, etc.
Generate creative marketing strategies to promote sustainability and digital transformation offerings in all media including, advertising, public relations, events, social media, and digital marketing.
Diligently measure and improve marketing program effectiveness by collecting performance data, analyzing results, reporting findings, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
Lead the development of marketing assets (such as press releases and case studies) that consistently and clearly articulate the benefits of Emerson’s solutions in all medias.
Drive creative design and coordinate campaign deliverables with internal and external resources to support the brand.
Work with Sales team on lead management activities resulting from marketing activities.
Build a clean contact database for Japanese customer contacts to facilitate customer engagement with personalized and relevant communication at scale.
Support various management reviews and internal events with Emerson’s global leadership team.
Manage external vendors and PR agencies (if needed) to deliver on various projects and events.
Set and lead Enterprise marketing team objectives and performance goals.
Plan and optimize own team.
Prioritize and run cross-Business Units virtual team to plan and implement country-wide events and initiatives.
