Job Description

The CRM Assistant / CRM Specialist facilitates CRM activities to analyze and manage CRM data working with the boutiques, Retail Support and Marketing team and HQ.

CRM Data Management and Analyze

• Participate in customer databases cleaning. Ensure regular cleaning actions of the subsidiaries.
• Track CRM actions and results with the markets. Follow up with the markets on all activations and results.
• Extract CRM reports based on market needs and demands.
• Create digital templates. Coordinate with the digital agency and the markets the creation of digital newsletters.

Support for CRM operations in Retail team

• Implement training program to boutique staff to ensure collection of CRM data.
• Provide necessary support to boutique staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese is a must.
• Past experience in retail business are welcome.
• Ability to read and speak French  are preferred.
