Rakuten Ichiba is one of the largest e-commerce services in Japan, but Rakuten Fashion is still in the position of chasing other companies.
We are now looking for new members to expand our marketing team, which is responsible for the growth of this service.

Position Details
You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of new customer acquisition from a long-term perspective in accordance with the marketing goal of increasing the number of purchasers of the RakutenFashion.
You will be involved in identifying and resolving issues related to new customer acquisition while interacting with a wide range of stakeholders in the organization, and in the future you will also be responsible for managing members of the team. We are looking for a leader who can promote new customer acquisition, including new methods, without being bound by existing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy development, target design, management, and execution
- Cost management and optimization
- Analyze data and maintenance of data environment
- Increase sales by acquiring new users and promoting the use of apps
- Implement TV commercials, etc. to increase awareness
- Study and proposal of other measures to acquire new customers
Mandatory Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing
- Experience in programmatic advertising (search ads, display ads, etc.)
- Experience in team management and training of team members
- Positive attitude to lead a team
- Experience in discovering issues by oneself, proposing and implementing solutions
- Experience in planning, executing, and verifying data-based policy studies.
- Experience managing an advertising agency
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in executing SEO initiatives, SNS initiatives, and TV commercials
- Experience in other customer acquisition activities
- Project management experience in system implementation, etc.
- Data output skills using SQL.
