Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
EHS, Compliance and Company Strategy
1.Ensure self behavior compliant to the regulations of EHS, HR and Administration, etc
2.Fully aware and implement the company strategy
Key Business Responsibility
1.Provide insight to demand forecast A/R/O through customer and Commercial collaboration
2.Manage customer order and support commercial to achieve sales target
2.1 Receive customer order, check supply plan with planner and confirm order to customer
2.2 Follow up order to secure OTIF and provide order status to commercial to submit sales plan
2.3 Timely escalate exceptions with proposals to manager to resolve the issue and/or manage customer expectation
3.Feed customer satisfaction through fast response to customer request and complaint
4.SAP transaction: order maintenance, customer master data (directly in SAP or by CMD cube)
Provide local support on Supply Chain matters
1.1 Stock take and goods disposal coordination
1.2 Set up stock take plan and coordinate related stakeholders
1.3 Stock take in WH
1.4 Set up action plan after stock take
1.5 Coordinate physical goods disposal after get the approval
2.Trading license, Customs inquiry & audit, etc.
3.Other local task and support, e.g. customer export letter, etc.
Other tasks assigned by line managers, etc
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Experiences: Minimum 3 years experiences in supply chain functions, e.g. Customer Service, Planning, etc.
Know-how/Skills:
-Fluent Japanese in both spoken and written
-SAP knowledge in SD section and/or MM Section
-Supply Chain knowledge on MRP/ERP
-Logistics/Transportation Knowledge
-Good communication and coordination skill
-Analytical, result-oriented, innovative, adaptable and good team player
-Good English skill in both spoken and written
