Description
* Oversee demand forecasting activities for all product lines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain optimization
* Develop strategies to minimize stock shortages and overstock situations
* Implement effective tools for demand planning processes
* Monitor and adjust forecasts based on market trends
* Evaluate supplier performance and establish improvement plans
* Regularly report on inventory levels, delivery times, and supply chain efficiency
* Play a key role in the company's sustainability initiatives within the supply chain
Profile
A successful Demand Planning Leader should have:
* A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
* Previous experience in demand planning and forecasting within the FMCG industry
* Proficiency in using supply chain software
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
