Demand and Supply Planner

This position is required to lead and align with SCM manager to manage demand planning and supply planning to optimize stock level and meet business needs. Manage communication with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholder to ensure full alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

To support Manager Demand Review meeting by preparing rolling demand/forecast.
Propose appropriate demand forecast based on statistical or any reasonable way to reflective trends
Data analysis for forecast vs actual sales, sales trend by channel, by SKU.
To support manager to ensure Demand forecast monthly reporting and consistency with financial forecast in collaboration with finance team.
Submit and upload demand forecast for supply planning.
Collaborate with Galderma plants for getting the right product supply to optimize stock to meet inventory targets
Manage daily shipping data and analysis. Submit MTD shipping report and follow up with plant for timely delivery.
In charge of LSP communication for customs clearance, engage to secure compliance and related regulatory requirement
To review slow moving stock and work on clearance plan with commercial team. Provide the inventory data for provision and inventory value report.
Prepare any reports and data along with business needs

Job Requirements:

3- 5 years of Supply Chain management
Hands on experience in Demand Forecasting and Planning process including supporting the S&OP process.
Experienced managing 30-50 SKUs
Good analytical skills and must have experiences in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a lean organization with minimum supervision.
Experienced working in FMCG industries are preferable.
Good communication skills and has ability to speak English
