Required Skills
* 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within DevOps.
* Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD methodologies, and proficiency with cloud technologies (including Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Experience in managing resources using frameworks such as Kubernetes and Mesos, with a preferred background in the financial services or insurance sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and optimize performance issues.
Desired Skills
* Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively influencing both peers and external partners.
* Strong foundation in programming in any of these languages (Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, JavaScript).
