Description
* Engage with developers through events, meetups, hackathons, and conferences to foster community building and brand advocacy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for advanced AI technologies.
* Act as a representative for Japanese developers, providing resources, support, and guidance to enhance their development experience.
* Design and implement incentive programs to motivate and support developers in Japan.
* Create and deliver technical content tailored to the needs of Japanese developers, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
Profile
* 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing, developer relations, customer success, or related fields.
* Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1) with excellent communication skills.
* Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 750+), capable of handling professional communication and collaboration.
* Proficiency in PC tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Team player with a passion for innovation and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Experience in the semiconductor industry or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
