Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you lead the growth and development digital marketing vision and strategy to secure COS Online growth and amplify our digital presence. In this role, you create an alignment between commercial and inspirational brand experiences at every digital touch point, driving results to optimise sales, consumer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition and retention.

What you will do:

  • Optimize digital channels to ensure alignment across the entire funnel—from brand awareness to conversion—while implementing targeted strategies to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals, supported by clear KPIs.
  • Leverage LINE and Email to deliver new followers and new customers, as well as segmentation & retention strategy​.
  • Optimize all digital channels, including SEM/SEO, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic media, while developing an action plan based on channel performance and insights.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager and team to establish an efficient and informative workflow for setting both long- and short-term goals, as well as overall KPIs, with a strong emphasis on traffic and target audience.
  • Lead digital marketing agencies to drive local initiatives according to digital marketing strategy by reflecting customer demand.
  • Drive online customer acquisition and retention activities across all channels in alignment with the brand and seasonal marketing plan to meet set goals.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of all digital campaigns, from strategic development and execution to reporting on results, with a strong emphasis on data analysis.
  • Plan and optimize the budget for all digital marketing activities in Japan, including future investment planning and results reporting, with a focus on KPI tracking and ROAS analysis.

What you need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of leading a team.
  • Experience in the fast fashion, retail, or beauty industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in LINE and email marketing strategies.
  • Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with daily execution, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Capable of working flexibly, multitasking, and identifying key priorities.
