Description
* Develop and execute digital strategies and activations for the brand, including local communication and content development.
* Manage annual planning for key brands in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Track and optimize digital brand activities using robust KPI management.
* Analyze content and media landscape to provide strategic insights and guidance.
* Support brand and commercial teams in digital consumer engagement
* Serve as a digital media expert and advisor for regional teams.
* Implement global/regional digital training programs and establish CRM programs for premium brands.
Profile
* Business Japanese Level with fluent English skills (Have to be locating in Japan)
* Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within consumer marketing or media/digital agencies.
* Strong strategic planning and communication skills.
* Proven ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and manage external partnerships.
* Expertise in integrating digital with offline and experiential marketing.
* Self-starter with a strong alignment to the company's core values: Fearless, Family, and Founders.
