Proposing marketing solutions using Data assets both within and outside Rakuten

As Rakuten Insight Global, we provide overseas and Japanese panels primarily to overseas clients.
We are committed to improving our services and managing quality so that we can provide our members with a fun and comfortable environment to answer the survey, and our clients with high-quality, large-scale data.

Position Details
Rakuten Insight Global is one of the leading companies in overseas online research. We recruit online research members, have them answer online surveys, and deliver them to customers.
Our product is online research members, and we recruit and acquire new members by making full use of marketing measures (online advertising and social media).
Members who answer online surveys are given points as a reward.
The main duties of this position are as follows.
Product (online research members) quality control
- Earn customer trust by preventing fraud and bots and forming a high-quality membership organization
- Research fraud logic, consider and promote the implementation of system development and quality control systems
- Responsible for improvement activities within the above scope of responsibility, and business unit side of system development
- Promote business improvement using AI and business automation
Basically, there is no external negotiation, and the related departments mainly involve coordination and meetings with the internal sales/operations department, development department, and legal department. Daily work involves visualizing quality progress management and promoting improvement activities. In addition, if a customer complaint occurs from any sales or operation, we will promptly analyze the cause and consider countermeasures, and provide feedback.
Work Environment
As of L4 organization,
We have 1 manager, 1 team leader and 2 members are working in Japan office.
Also we have total 9 members are working in overseas offices.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Business communication by both Japanese and English
- Having knowledge regarding TECH related skill
- Experienced TECH development
- Experienced more than 3 years for work
Desired Qualifications:
- Working experience for product quality management
- Working experience for membership management
- Working experience for marketing/ digital marketing
- Working experience for online research industry

Additional information on English Qualification
TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
In this case, it is necessary to achieve a TOEIC Score exceeding 800 after joining Rakuten in order to be eligible to become a regular employee.
If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by Rakuten, during selection process is required.
