Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsible for Providing functional expertise and execution support to Smith & Nephew’s brand and cross-franchise HCP, Med Ed & Consumer integrated marketing efforts

What will you be doing?

  • Optimize CMS platforms (HCP, Patient websites), manage content and analytics to provide usage insights and drive adoption
  • Manage sales enablement platform, content and analytics to provide usage insights and drive adoption
  • Lead other functionality enhancements based on business requirements.
  • Establish channel with Global Web team for N. Asia technical and content input
  • Manage owned (LINE, DotDigital, Meta) and 3rd party advertising/webinar platforms
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns on multi-channel media platforms, and report with campaign performance insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Support local implementation of marketing automation.
  • Contribute to international/regional digital marketing forums to drive knowledge sharing and best practice within organization
  • Own and train marketers in Promotional Material SOP for N. Asia
  • Create marketing assets / Support localisation of global or regional toolkits in line with N. Asia strategic initiatives: Digital (Web, Social, Email) & Print (Marketing Literature).
  • Manage promotional asset approval pathways on local platforms to meet local regulations and Corporate Brand compliance.
  • Maintain approved assets on internal platforms
  • Manage 3rd party creative vendors where relevant.

What will you need to be successful?
Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Relevant industry qualifications for Web Design, Digital Asset Creation, or Media Communications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Healthcare
  • Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite (including Dreamweaver & Flash) +6-8 years’ experience developing digital assets in a commercial environment
  • Proficient in CMS website design, management and SEO(Sitecore a plus)
  • Keeps updated with latest creative asset design (image/video) and AI software applications
  • Good understanding of Social Media, Google Advertising, Analytics, Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing communications concepts.
  • Positive energy to influence the local organization in shaping an optimal digital experience for our customers
  • Proactive, with sense of urgency, engaged and accountable for the role’s commitments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and respond effectively. (Fluent in languages: Japanese, English; Korean a plus)
