Job Responsibilities
1. Provide application management service as a service delivery manager (Director/Sr. Director) to the client.
2. Ensure and honor all delivery and service commitments to the client as defined in the Agreement.
3. Ensure effective and satisfactory resolution of all client concerns and issues.
4. Ensure delivery according to the contractual obligations.
5. Champion deployment of operational best practices.
6. Monitor, analyze, forecast, and report on contractual commitments for the Application Management Service Lots, including compliance issues and contract violations.
7. Service Level Management: monitor and report on service level performance and metrics.
8. Ensure client-centric behavior by all client-facing members.
9. Support the team in the services being provided.
10. Plan for change, technical, and component strategy.
11. Have overall responsibility for remote delivery of the services and ensure high-quality service delivery from all personnel accross the world.
12. Conduct periodic operational/performance reviews in accordance with the Agreement.
13. Participate in the client demand management process as requested to prioritize major and minor enhancement work.
14. Be responsible for the on-boarding of new team members, including but not limited to compliance training.
15. Support SAP business development through RFP response, proposal development, and/or oral presentations.
16. Participate in the Capgemini enterprise solutions practice community by exchanging knowledge and experience with SAP practitioners.
Application Requirements Must have
・Bilingual skill (High level Japanese (Native or JLPT N2)
・5+ year experiences as SAP Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager at global SAP projects.
・Understanding of SAP system landscape and impact on other countries running on the same SAP instance ・Communication skill, Good Interpersonal skill and flexibility Nice to have
・ITIL or equivalent service management knowledge such as incident management, problem management, change management and release management
・Experience in working with offshore team ・Experience to use ticket management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy
