POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader with a demonstrated track record of success, having at least 7 years of experience. In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions is required. Experience in B2B partner business is essential, and additional experience in utilizing in marketing, sales, finance, and HR for executives or line-of-business (LoB) roles is highly advantageous. The ability to train and motivate a sales team is also necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train and motivate Partner Sales Managers;
  • Set goals and strategy for Partners;
  • Relationship building with Partner executives;
  • Partner education;
  • Lead generation for Sales team;
  • OEM, MSP play;
  • Forecast accurately;
  • Collaboration within the Domo team (Marketing, Account Executives, Sales Consultants, CSMs and Consultants);
  • Know your customer;
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated Partner Sales success;
  • Experience working with Partner incentive programs to drive behavior, incremental sales and adoption of company strategies;
  • Experience building a business/new territory highly desired;
  • Demonstrated history as an individual contributor selling software, CRM, ERP or Business Intelligence solutions to senior level decision makers;
  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structure;
  • Hit assigned sales targets and objectives;
  • Knowledge of and contacts in key sectors a plus;
  • Successful track record closing new clients remotely using technology;
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate, train and sell software enterprise solutions;
  • Solution selling and start-up experience;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
