* Develop and execute a Japan strategy for online business growth, emphasizing marketplace and D2C channels.
* Ensure timely execution of strategies with full ownership, aligning with global/regional HQ.
* Drive revenue growth, provide clear business forecasts and reports, and collaborate with local teams to develop marketing plans.
Profile
* Experience in sales planning and selling consumer products, ideally hardware devices, in the e-commerce space.
* Proficiency in data-driven digital marketing programs, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
* Fluency in English (business level) and familiarity with digital advertising operations and web UI/UX.
