Description
* Conduct daily performance checks for both PC and mobile e-commerce sites.
* Communicate issues and requests to IT/Agency teams.
* Coordinate product catalog updates, including translation management.
* Monitor product assortment and stock availability, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
* Develop and dispatch email campaigns in collaboration with headquarters and local creative agencies.
* Collaborate with back-office teams (CS, Logistics, Finance, IS) for seamless e-commerce operations.
* Perform campaign analysis and reporting.
* Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and meeting arrangements.
Profile
* University graduate with 3+ years of experience in the retail or manufacturing industry, preferably with high SKU consumer products.
* Practical knowledge of online business and basic office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential.
* Fluent in Japanese and proficient in business-level English; French is a plus.
* Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, action-oriented mindset, teamwork, creativity, and communication skills.
