JR66440 Emergency Response Team Professional (シフト勤務)

EHS部門におけるEmergency Response Team (ERT) Professionalの主な職務は、予測外の緊急事態に備えて準備、対応する事です。事象の種類には、緊急医療対応、化学物質関連事象、火災警報などが含まれます。ERT Professionalは、上記事象による社員、環境、資産、プロセスへの影響を軽減するために、対応手順に従い、安全に対応します。また、事象調査、安全関連の日常点検、装置のメンテナンス、その他EHS業務など緊急事態以外の活動も行います。

具体的な職務内容は以下のとおり。

• 緊急事態への対応および危険の緩和
• 緊急医療対応および援助
• 事象後の復旧作業をサポート
• 報告された安全上の懸念を調査
• サイト内の日常安全点検と点検結果レポート
• 作業許可申請の対応
• エリアまたは装置の除染作業を実施
• 緊急対応設備の清掃、点検、維持
• サイト固有の危険、対応手順、装置、トレーニングに関する知識習得と維持
• 関係トレーニングへの参加および社員への展開
• 事象の状況、対応記録をシステムへ入力
• 救急医療対応時の緊急度・重症度の判断
• 対応後、救急医学的見地に基づく事後検証の実施
• 各種ERTトレーニングのLeading
• 救急医学的見地を要する助言
