We are looking for the HR Business partner who can be an important bridge between employees and Rakuten Group’s Technology divisions, which provides platforms of applications and infrastructure that enables various Rakuten Group services, and promote an usage of products based on AI related development and Data Analysis.

Position Details
Based on your experience, your assignment will be one of the examples following.
(Examples)
- Labor management operations for Technology Divisions employees by several team members (approx. 1700 people)
- Planning and implementation of programs to promote communication or talent exchange with Technology Divisions employees
- Work closely with Technology Divisions executives and managers, as well as HR personnel from other divisions
- Identifying, improving, and resolving issues in all operations as needed
Mandatory Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of experience in HR labor related work in a Japanese company
- Logical thinking, flexible communication, and negotiation skills to deal with diverse members
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Business level English (TOEIC score of 800 or above)
- Business level Japanese
Desired Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Japanese Labor law, operations in payroll and social insurance
- Experience solving issues between employees, solving harassment cases
- Experience working with Excel/Powerpoint (basic calculations, handling large amounts of data, creating materials for board meetings)
- Experience/motivation in productivity improvement by using AI
- Experience in analytical work such as forecasting and cause investigation to improve turnover
- Experience participating in the design of global HR policies, including collaboration with overseas subsidiaries
- Experience in corporate planning or HR consulting or human resources development
