Your Job

Connector and or cable assembly new product design.

What You Will Do

• Follow and maintain ISO/QS9000 system and document control
• Design & develop new product by meeting goals on lead time, quality & cost
• Product feasibility review with marketing, sales and costing group during costing stage
• Create product and component specification and drawing
• Monitor the whole progress on product design & development activities
• Update engineering documents according to ECR/ECN
• Build engineering sample and conduct product qualification with QA team
• New components request to Sourcing and qualification with QA team
• Support PE and ME for productivity improvement activities
• Conduct new industrial product first trial run and new product introduction
• Implement actions listed in DFMEA.
• Customer support is necessary including business trip

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor degree or above,about 4 years new product design experience

• GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, DFMEA, FEA, DFM, MSA
