Your Job

Test engineering work related to reliability assurance, function evaluation, and test lab management for Molex products.

Our Team

AQP&LAB verifies and examines that products can be designed and produced in accordance with the design intent and customer requirements, makes corrective recommendations as necessary, and carries out activities to avoid or reduce the risk of apparent and potential defects to product quality, environment, and safety.

What You Will Do

Testing: Accurately, quickly, and efficiently execute testing tasks to provide reliable data internally and to customers.
DVP creation: create an appropriate Design Verification Plan with high reliability skills to ensure timely release of new reliable products.
Problem solving: Work with related departments to proactively propose and take action to resolve issues.
Lab Management: Lead the health and safety, hi-tech and automation of the test laboratory and maintain a safe and optimal working environment.
Global collaboration: Contribute to the growth of the Molex Global Lab by working and collaborating with overseas labs.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Good communication skills with domestic and international customers, suppliers, and Molex employees. (Japanese: native level; English: business level.)
Knowledge or experience:
Manufacturing processes and reliability testing of connectors and related electronic components.
Design development process from concept to production
Required documentation. (FTA, DFMEA, DR, DVP&R, 8D, etc.)
3D CAD software and 2D drawing preparation
Electrical and high-frequency testing equipment
Available for domestic and international business trips
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel/Power Point/MS Words)

What Will Put You Ahead

TOEIC score of 700 or above or equivalent skills.
QC certification level 1 or above, official qualifications in statistics and reliability engineering or equivalent skills.
PCB design and fixture design using CAD.
Understanding ISO9001/IATF16949 standards.
Ability to work abroad.
Software programming
