Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

- Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and interview notes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide insights on candidate markets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
